We’re excited to be making our first trip to Delaware…and for what better reason than Food and Wine!? If you’re anywhere near the Wilmington, DE area you will want to check this out!
A girls’ night out is fun, but a ladies’ weekend is a luxury worthy of bubbly…and a lot more dessert! Plan a getaway with your girlfriends to the MidAtlantic Wine + Food Festival. Make it a sleepover and stay in one of the Wilmington hotels offering special rates for the weekend.
Nibbling on chocolate is a treat; pair Neuchatel truffles with wine and you’ve got a celebration! Head out to a champagne and caviar tasting just blocks away. Wake up and enjoy a delicious brunch while tasting 80 wines from around the world. Round out your itinerary with a few more food- or wine-centered events, and you have a weekend with your girlfriends (or your mom, sisters, cousins) that no one will ever forget. Choose your favorite food and wine events taking place from March 6 through March 10, 2013. There’s something to satiate just about every curiosity or appetite at this year’s event, all while raising funds for nine Delaware arts organizations. About the MidAtlantic Wine + Food Festival:
